I've tried all kinds of classes with various instructors: Iris, Linda, Arati, Addison, Lucia, Glo, Anna, Chloe and Brent, and liked it all! The studio is located in a very pleasant shopping mall area with Starbucks, restaurants, UPS, etc. nearby. Easy access from US-101, plenty of parking. The facility is very clean, well-organized, they have showers, which is great if you need to go to work right after a class and don't have time to go back home in between. The unlimited membership comes with a free week and then a $119 for the first month. They offer health care discounts. Their sales manager Melissa is great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Natalie L. was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel comfortable right away. Her energy, encouragement, and genuine kindness created such a positive atmosphere. As a first-timer, that made all the difference. She was truly the highlight of my experience, and I left feeling both challenged and inspired. I’m already looking forward to my next class!

I'm happy with the good community and energy that management and instructors fostered, the excellent classes, and the convenient location! There are always lots of classes to choose from good instructors, and I also appreciate the studio having themed classes from time to time, to keep the classes fun and dynamic.

The hundreds of dollars we spend monthly on membership, they can’t even provide you with the most basic need of water. This actually puts their members in danger of heat stroke and dehydration
