  This place is an absolute gem. The instructors are committed to crafting challenging sequences not for the sake of a "workout"—though for sure the classes can transform your body. Rather, they stay true to yoga's ideals: using the sequences as a means to practice focusing on what matters—breathing through whatever challenges we face. It's clear they care deeply about building a great experience all the while, with perfectly-calibrated soundtracks, and perfectly-framed and unobtrusive prompts, and a few phrases of beautifully-chosen wisdom to open and close the practice. And since the team so clearly cares about building great experiences, I've seen that folks who attend feel connected not just to the practice but to each other. Of course you can come and go without having to speak a word if you wish. But for those who can use a place of real community where you feel like you're among your people—and god knows a lot of us could use that right now—this is that kind of place.

  I love this place. The teachers are all fantastic!. They lead wonderfully but understand that your practice is YOUR practice. I started about three years ago during a very rough time in my life and it was the BEST thing I could have done for my mind, body & soul. I highly recommend that you take advantage of any specials they have to try this out. You will not regret it. Namaste.

  I’ve been practicing at YogaSix for about nine months now, and every single class has been wonderful. The scheduling process is seamless, and the instructors are truly amazing —Ann Marie is my absolute favorite! ❤️ The staff is always so welcoming and helpful whenever I have a question, and the fact that parking is easy makes getting to class stress-fere. I strongly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great place to practice!
