  Came here while traveling and really had a great experience. Wish I could put the yoga teacher in my suitcase and bring her to MA with me. The Flow class felt like a massage! I walked in with a stiff neck and by the time I left all pain at melted away.

  M’y first time for hot classes! A friend brought me here and I was a little wary. Both the yoga and core classes were challenging but doable. It was a great introduction to this type of class!

  YogaSix Redondo Beach group session of Slow Flow was great. I have the same instructor, Kat, with the one I tried out at Rolling Hills branch. I tried the class through Class Pass two week trial period. I can do at my own pace. Kat's voice was very mellow and easy to understand. I like that there is a front wall mirror that help see the pose of the instructor if one is at the side or back.
