We were cheerfully greeted by several Staff members upon entering the store. Jesus came forward to assist us and we were quite pleased by his attention and knowledge. He was able to confirm that the lenses needed for my prescription were in stock and then assisted my wife and I in selecting frames. It was an easy, stress free and efficient experience!

Went in to get my glasses adjusted and the staff was amazing and super friendly. They did the adjustment super quick and my glasses fit perfectly now. I'll definitely be coming here from now on in the future. Thank you!

You were really good! I was happy Both Dr. Jennifer Witkowski and Katherine were still there. Dr. Witkowski was very good at hearing my concerns about ABBE/Chromatic Aberration issues. Katherine was excellent when I made my eyeglass order for two progressive pairs. Thanks. I promise not to be so long between exams :-). Tom Graner Additional review: lens material offerings: Lenscrafters review 081226 Thought I’d include an addendum to my review. Everything I said above IS still exactly what I did think and still do, regarding the store location’s doctor and staff. Unfortunately, I had to return my two pair after using them. My chromatic aberration problem with the 1.67 index lens materials was just not tolerable for me. I have problems with lower ABBE rated lens materials. My best results have been with CR-39 and Trivex. All polycarbonate and at least two of the index materials I have tried (this time was 1.67, ABBE 31-32) just don’t work for me. This time, I have been have had really bad color fringing, focus only with great effort. I have used progressives for a long time. I did let Dr. Witkowski, Katherine, Ivan all know of my problems with lower ABBE lenses prior to putting in the order, but once I had done that, I felt I had to give what they recommended a try. I had to return them. Ivan was helpful and efficient, so again, no personal issues at all, it is just the lens material didn’t come close to the ABBE value of CR-39 (ABBE 58) or Trivex (ABBE 45). Ivan stated that Trivex was not available anymore, though I pointed out that it IS, just apparently not through Lenscrafters’ supply chain. So, I did get my prescription filled at an independent optical center locally and my prescription works great with Trivex. My hope is this comment might help Lenscrafters consider trying to be a bit more customized with their lens materials. I know I am not the only human with this issue, as an online search will readily point out. The only Index that sounds like it might be better is 1.6 (ABBE 36), but Ivan said it also was not available through them. Again, customer service, doctor were VERY good. The lens materials for someone with chromatic aberration, not good. I wish I didn’t have this issue. Tom

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
