- AAAshMay 12, 20261.0The customer service was great, however I am extremely disappointed in the glasses I received. I decided to go with plastic lenses because that's what I've always done with other optometrist and within less than a week the lenses turned yellow. When I went in to ask about what could be done they said that their plastic lenses will ALWAYS turn yellow overtime including one week. I am upset that no one told me this when I first purchased my glasses and the warranty on them. And Im confused as to why this has never happened to me with other glasses.
