StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Redlands offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- DJDiego JonesAug 21, 20265.0I cannot recommend StretchLab enough! I originally joined at the Riverside location when my wife bought me a gift certificate for my birthday a few months ago. I recently realized that you can use all locations with your membership, and Redlands lived up to my amazing experience at my home studio! I stretched with Tim because he works at both locations. I have tried a few other "Flexologists" under their management and they are all great, but I have worked the most with Tim. His knowledge and effectiveness is amazing. He's really helped alleviate back pain.
