  I’ve been coming to CB Redlands for over 5 years. I’ve ventured into various instructors classes throughout my time. I’ve most recently starting going to Stephanie’s classes and she is a blast. I love her music and her vibe. Stephanie’s flow currently works well with my menopausal fitness level 😆 I really appreciate her!

  Ayriel is sweet! She welcomes me warmly and orient me into the studio and the bike. She encourages us to keep going. I feel I found the right place to have regular exercise. Place is clean.
