My glasses were broken at work and I unfortunately didn’t have a spare. When no one else was able to get me in they were even though they were extremely busy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I not only left with a good experience but they also gave me contacts so I was able to finally see again.

- SCsteven careyMay 25, 20261.0I don’t even know where to start, I purchased two pairs of glasses for $689. A far cry from $79 for two pairs, I was somewhat OK with this, Then I was told that I would not have my glasses for a week or so not same day. I also Ordered transitions extra extra active Only to find upon receiving my glasses that I only had standard transitions that barely turn dark. Upon picking up the second pair, I expressed this to an employee there I was told that if I wanted to pay an extra $95 PER pair That I could have the extra extra active I thought I had already paid for. On top of that, when I placed the order for my glasses. The employee added $100 worth of insurance that I did not request. So basically, my ability to make purchase decisions based on cost was taken away from me. As Mentioned earlier, they basically told me that I’m screwed. They won’t fix it. That employee worked there for one week and was fired because she was incompetent. And I’m left hanging.
