  I don’t even know where to start, I purchased two pairs of glasses for $689. A far cry from $79 for two pairs, I was somewhat OK with this, Then I was told that I would not have my glasses for a week or so not same day. I also Ordered transitions extra extra active Only to find upon receiving my glasses that I only had standard transitions that barely turn dark. Upon picking up the second pair, I expressed this to an employee there I was told that if I wanted to pay an extra $95 PER pair That I could have the extra extra active I thought I had already paid for. On top of that, when I placed the order for my glasses. The employee added $100 worth of insurance that I did not request. So basically, my ability to make purchase decisions based on cost was taken away from me. As Mentioned earlier, they basically told me that I’m screwed. They won’t fix it. That employee worked there for one week and was fired because she was incompetent. And I’m left hanging.

  I needed a temporary pair of Progressive glasses quickly. Unable to wear my contacts for a few days. This shop VERY quickly took care of my needs. Small selection of frames offered for cheapest price, I found one I liked. Sat down with Optician who quickly and efficiently prepared my order. The computer program he used made it a quick and efficient process.l chose the same frame in a different color for readers for my free 2nd pair. Could have been progressive also. I had barely walked in the door of my house when the text arrived that they were ready. Great place , friendly helpful staff, I was pleased from beginning to end.. For anyone wanting a more expensive pair with all the bells and whistles they offer that also and have an upgraded progressive with wide focal points which I would strongly recommend for anyone just starting out with progressives.
