  This is such a great place to work out, especially if you enjoy isometric movements and classes that truly challenge you while helping you build discipline and consistency. More than just a studio, it has been an amazing community for me. As someone who was new to the city, this place helped me feel at home and gave me the opportunity to meet incredible people who became genuine friends. It’s a safe, welcoming environment where you always feel supported and appreciated from the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful I found this place.

  The best place I have found in years that encourages and helps me stay consistent in wanting to work out. The staff/instructors are the best people and truly care about you. They always remember you and know when you have been away and check in to make sure you are okay.

  Pure Barre RSM is one of the best exercise program I have ever participated in. I have been a member of this studio for almost three years now, and I still never get bored. The working routines change frequently, which allow us to work different muscle groups and keeps every class fresh and challenging. I also love the reward programs they offer almost every month to help keep members motivated. The instructors and staffs are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. This studio truly feels like my home away from home.

  Pure Barre is my absolute favorite workout! What I love most is their variety of class options, such as Define, Empower, Reform, Align, and Classic. Define focuses on strength training with the ability to increase your weight options as you get stronger. Empower offers more cardio options to get your heart rate up. Reform focuses on core strength. Align helps with balance and endurance. Classic is a bit of a combination of all of the above. I've been working out at Pure Barre RSM for many years and I still feel challenged with every workout. It's beginner friendly as you can modify certain workouts based on your current ability. The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly. They will help with your form to ensure you are doing things correctly and safely. The studio is clean and the workout times offered accommodate early mornings (6am), midday workouts and early evening too, plus weekend options. If you're thinking about starting a new workout and want to see results, you won't regret trying Pure Barre!
