Jessie was a great instructor. She was upbeat and positive and did a great job explaining what we needed to do. The club Is very clean. All said it was a very positive experience and I am looking forward to my next class.

I play a lot of golf and, now that I am in my 70's, my game is slowing down, but Pilates has definitely helped to slowing the deterioration. I would also like to add that the instructors and rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The bottom line is that I feel better at the end of each class.
