  If it was possible, this review, when it is opened and read would glow, shoot of fireworks, or start playing joyful music. My experience at this office and with Katrina Cox was that good. The entire experience from scheduling the initial appointment to leaving with my new hearing aids a month later could not have been any better. Katrina was so patient, caring, and knowledgeable. We discussed my situation at length and found a fantastic upgrade from my previous hearing aids. I am hearing so much better today thanks to Katrina and AudioNova. An extraordinary health care experience.

  Monica was great. She was able to diagnose my hearing aid problem. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend AudioNova Rancho Mirage. Thank You Monica. Update: The part for my hearing aid came in quickly. Katrina was very helpful in answering my questions about the newest and latest hearing aids on the market. Monica & Katrina helped to get me back up and running. Both of them are rock stars. Thanks again.
