I could understand their reasoning, since these are essentially electronic devices and if the frames were damaged they could only replace or warranty them if they had been purchased in house. However, the frames were also nearly twice the price there. I happened to be at Target that same day and noticed they had an optical department. I honestly had no idea Target even had one! Freya was quick to greet us and was incredibly helpful. She gave me multiple options without making things complicated or making me feel like I was being sold something. She was informative, straightforward and simply told me what I needed to know. I really appreciated that. Needless to say, I ended up making the purchase through Target Optical, and I’m currently awaiting my new glasses. Great experience so far!
