Getting an appointment after 5:30pm is already difficult, and once I arrived, the wait times are completely unacceptable. On my recent visit, I waited 30min past my scheduled appointment time. I understand that an optometrist sometimes has to stay with patients for a long time to provide proper care, but this potential for delay should be taken into consideration for scheduling. Poor scheduling and bad management show a complete lack of respect for patients' time. The front desk staff provided no updates or apologies for the delay. I hope management takes immediate steps to fix their booking system, as the current wait times and administrative disorganization are unacceptable.
