Went in today and was helped by Jennifer and Dr. Khan. I don’t like going to the eye doctor but this was the best experience I’ve ever had! Jennifer was quick and remembered me from when I made an appointment so she made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Khan was very professional and incredibly sweet. I highly recommend this LensCrafters!

Appt was at 4:20pm
Showed up at 4:10pm
Waited until 4:40pm
Asked front desk if I was expected to be seen soon. Word for word “it’s up to the doctors discretion. You should expect to be waiting since the appointments are 1.5 hours long”
Me:” even though your appt slots are 20 mins apart? The doctor just has us wait until she’s done? So no point of an appt time?”
Front staff: “yes, like I said just up to the doctors discretion she chooses the slots” (then smirks and smiles like it isn’t inconvenient)
So from what I’m gathering, this place is knowingly putting patients in time slots that aren’t promised, aren’t giving any notice that you won’t be seen right at your appointment time, and are putting the doctor in a bad spot by making it seem as if she has bad time management and doesn’t care about it.
I work on an appt basis and I do not play with peoples time. That is one thing we can’t get back.

Absolutely outstanding service at LensCrafters! I walked in just minutes before closing with a loose screw in my glasses, expecting I might have to come back another day. Instead, Ismael warmly welcomed me in and made me feel like a valued customer right away. Jennifer quickly took care of my glasses and had them fixed in no time.
The service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond, especially so close to closing time. It’s rare to find a team that is this dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Ismael and Jennifer, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. A+ customer service all around! Highly recommend! Go check them out ! Jennifer is superrrr sweeet and lovely !

Love this LensCrafters location! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I came in because one of my lenses had popped out of my frame, and they were more than happy to help get it fixed and taken care of quickly. I really appreciate the great customer service and how welcoming the staff was. Thank you, LensCrafters! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I love this location and travel an extra 30 miles to see Dr. Uy and receive great support when picking my glasses. Fransisco was my person and took the challenge of helping me get fitted for two pairs of glasses in less than an hour because I had somewhere to be right after. He was professional, friendly and did a great and thorough job.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
