- SNStephanie NevaresApr 30, 20263.0first time at this location and i’ll start off by saying the amount of glasses they have to choose from are great. i did my pre test and the lady was a bit rude and was starting to irritate me. she very much was speaking to me like i was a child for some reason and had a rude condescending tone while i was doing the tests and while i was trying to wash my hands to take my contacts out. i don’t remember her name but she was an african american female with glasses and very short curly hair. did not appreciate my experience with her as i was becoming quite frustrated. other than that ivan helped me with my insurance and glasses. he was extremely helpful and made sure my insurance was covering what it needed as this was my first time using UHC.

I originally brought them in because the hinges weren't closing right and there was a lot of buildup and gunk under the lenses. Ivan went above and beyond—he fixed the hinges perfectly and deep-cleaned them so thoroughly that they looked brand new. What’s even more impressive is that it’s been two weeks since my visit, and they are still remarkably clean. His attention to detail really made a lasting difference. If you need your eyewear serviced, I highly recommend asking for Ivan!
