  Dr. Chi provided an excellent eye exam experience. He was extremely thorough, patient, and professional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of the exam. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients really stood out.   My eye exam with Dr. Cindy Chang was excellent. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns before we even started. During the exam, I knew that she not only heard my concerns but she listened. She addressed it all. She didn't make me feel like I was being rushed to through the exam. She allowed me to take the time on each test until I was completely comfortable with my vision. She even doubled back a couple of times in different ways to make sure that we got the best results from each test. I left feeling confident that my prescription glasses will be the perfect fit for my eyesight. If you have ever had an eye exam where you felt like you weren't heard or the prescription glasses are a little off, I would recommend Dr. Cindy Chang. It took me a couple of tries at different optometrist offices but even more than that, I've waisted a lot of money on glasses that I can't even use. I no longer have that issue thanks to Dr. Chang. I've definitely found my home!

  Dr. Cindy Chang is amazing, proactive, and very knowledgeable. I thought my right eye got weaker but learned from my appointment with her that actually my left eye is the dominant eye and that both eyes' muscles are strong. The receptionists in the office and Target Optical were friendly and polite. Shout out to the lady with gray hair (I forgot to ask her name), she is patient, respectful, and a sweetheart. I was at the store two times in a row -- the first time was for myself and my spouse's appointment but I was 26 minutes late and was marked as a No Show, and showed up on time for rescheduled appointment the next day. The lady noticed I took my time making a selection and offered help, answered my question on what I could do with my old glasses, and applied insurance benefits and available discounts to help. The only thing to be aware when making appointments on Target Optical is that you may not get Dr. Chang since there are multiple optometrists in this office and you may get someone else depending on the day of the week.
