Ray introduced me to ELDOA Stretching, which feels like a workout but it's based on stretching techniques using as much of your own force as you can.. and then holding the stretch! So it's challenging and you quickly learn specific weaknesses. Then quickly improve your weaknesses. This is a rewarding training technique. As a person in alternative medicine who deals with injury recovery, pain management, and nervous system regulation- I believe eldoa stretching is a great start, or great addition to any wellness ritual! I felt postural improvement (nervous system micro-reset!) and strengthening of my glutes for low back pain :)

Ray Martinez is a great trainer in Rancho Cucamonga. He’s very knowledgeable in ELDOA, stretching, and strength training. He takes time to understand your goals and creates a personalized approach that helps you move better, feel better, and get stronger. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for real results.

Thank you so much again Ray for our session and time of learning. I wholeheartedly learned a lot, and just like mental health Awareness is important, also is the Awareness training that you do; it amazed me how the session is highly focused intentionally in different highlighted parts of our own body, then at the end there was this feeling of body refreshment and congruence. ❤️🔥
Started training with Ray almost 2 years ago after taking a lower back ELDOA class with instant relief in lower back. I was looking for consistent physical training but without the need to learn and rely on different equipments. I was also looking for a more gentle approach to resistance training that doesn't leave me overly exhausted each time. If you are looking for the above as well, book a session with Ray and try it out! Ray is approachable, caring and flexible with the work out plan. He is perfect for those who feel intimidated going to the gym or just unsure how to fit exercising into their lives. After a year of training, I also brought my husband along so we do group sessions. ☺️
