  I’ve been practicing at CorePower for over 15 years, and no matter how many studios I try, I always end up coming back. The combination of great teachers and a genuinely welcoming environment makes CP my happy place. The Poway studio isn’t my home location, but I’ve started going there specifically because of Britaney. Her Friday afternoon classes are the reason I make the drive. As the studio manager, she brings an energy, clarity, and presence that elevate every session. Her HPF class is one of the best I’ve taken anywhere at CorePower, and it’s become a highlight of my week.

  I love the friendly staff who always welcome me and my husband with a smile. They are so knowledgeable about yoga practice and give alternative postures or positions during class to fit everyone's needs. The cleanliness in the studio is amazing - the staff always clean and sanitize the studios after class, and the changing rooms are always spotless. Lastly, I love the variety of classes offered throughout the day. It gives me and my husband a chance to try different classes with different teachers we have not tried before. Thank you CorePower Yoga - Poway for a great experience.

  Love the poway studio, teachers are wonderful and the women's locker room is always nice and cool temp- I appreciate being able to cool down faster after class and a shower.
