  I am not sure if I already wrote a review for Dr. Chris, but he is the best Chiropractor in California. he has done Chiropractic work for me, my wife, and my 2 sons. He is most kind and competent people in the industry. All of these 5 star reviews are true.

  Chris came highly recomended by my good friend Dustin, so I decided to schedule my first appointment. Chris adjusted my back and I was very impressed. He doesnt over sell it. After diagnosing me, he told me, " There's a good chance you are one and done", and that I might NOT need to come back in the near future. No matter how hard I look in san diego, i'll never find another chiropractor to give me that level of honesty. Any other chiropractors I've used before have all been the complete opposite. He explained everything to make sure I understood what was going on. Friendly, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable, and brutally honest. I noticed a huge difference in my lower back before I could get in my car to drive away from his office. After my first visit, I decided to use him for regular back maintenance instead of waiting until my back hurts.

  Been with Dr. Chris and team for almost 2 years and everyone is super helpful from massage to front desk. Dr. Chris is professional and proficient. I feel so much less tightness in my shoulders and neck areas when I leave the office. Definitely recommended for U!

  Very friendly office, easy to get an appointment. Dr Chris uses muscle testing and will adjust the area of interest. These adjustments are effective! Office accepts many medical insurances. Recommend strongly.

  Dr. Chris has been my chiropractor for the past couple of years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He’s personable, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during every visit. Since starting treatment with him, I’ve felt noticeably better—less compressed, more aligned, and overall much more at ease in my body. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust with my care!
