Jason was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Jasmine was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit and made everything feel comfortable. Honestly I just felt welcomed and at home the whole visit. Overall, I really appreciated how well I was treated and had a great experience here.

The hearing aid provider Jason took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was super patient and kind, which made the process feel easy and not stressful at all. The receptionist Jasmine was just as amazing, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, respected, and taken care of from the start. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful with everything. Overall, the customer service here was great and definitely stood out!
