  have been a patient of Audio Nova (formerly Connect Hearing) for the past 10 years, ever since I received an unexpected and untimely diagnosis of bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. Transitioning to life with hearing aids required a lot of adjustments, but this team has made all the difference. Over the last decade, as I moved from various offices in Southern California up to Northern California, I have consistently been met with immense compassion, precision, and genuine care. ​When I established my care at the Audio Nova location in Pleasanton, I truly hit the Golden office ! This amazing team has serviced me through absolutely everything—from routine cleanings and regular updates to fitting new devices and even resolving the unexpected (like getting things lodged in my ear that you’d never want to imagine!). Managing bilateral hearing aids means dealing with devices that are essential for my daily function, which can be stressful when they occasionally malfunction and I am a healthcare provider , so this makes a huge difference and impact on my personal efforts to be the best in my field of work. ​I want to give a massive shout-out to the entire front office; audiologist Jason and Renee! Renee recently sat down with me, thoroughly reviewed my case, and tackled a frustrating issue with a set of hearing aids that were repeatedly malfunctioning. She completely resolved the problem. Even though this office isn't right next door to me, I am more than happy to make the drive because the level of care I receive here is irreplaceable. Thank you, Audio Nova Pleasanton, for keeping me connected to the world!

  I had a really good experience at the AudioNova Pleasanton location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. Jason was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Jasmine was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit and made everything feel comfortable. Honestly I just felt welcomed and at home the whole visit. Overall, I really appreciated how well I was treated and had a great experience here.

  I had a really great experience at Audionova. The hearing aid provider Jason took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was super patient and kind, which made the process feel easy and not stressful at all. The receptionist Jasmine was just as amazing, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, respected, and taken care of from the start. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful with everything. Overall, the customer service here was great and definitely stood out!
