  Super slow. They didn't even make a label until 24 hours later. Then it took about 24 more hours after that to ship. I saw the doctor in the morning and I was told by Apotheco that my medicine would go out the next morning and that I should get it the following day. Not even close. Wish I had been given the option to pick it up. Its only about a 10 minute drive. Very disappointing.

  i went to this place because because my normal pharmacy didn’t have my prescription in stock and the entire process was exhausting, after finally being notified with countless emails, calls, AND texts notifying me that my prescription was ready after i had already tried to pick it up, when i went for the SECOND time the person helping me seemed confused and couldn’t find my prescription after she left and came back my prescription STILL wasnt ready and i was told i needed to wait for them to prepare it because it wasn’t ready, after i asked about all of the confirmation notifications i had received and i was told that they didn’t know what i was talking about that cause the prescription wasn’t marked “ready” in there system… i’ve been to countless pharmacies and none of them have taken more then 5 minutes to pick up medications and picking 1 prescription from here probably took close to an hour, i just had so many difficulties due to the lack of organization and professionalism.

  They use another company, nimble, to take online orders and Nimble requires you to accept their marketing agreement before you can complete the order…even if the order is for a child. The marketing agreement allows Nimble to sell your HIPPA protected personal medical and contact information (See screenshots). Apotheco Pharmacy CBA said they would fix it but it’s been a month and it’s still there.

  Just had a call with the Pharmacy manager, related to a delivery goof-up (delivery person left the package on the floor near mailbox area which is only to be used by USPS person with keys to mailboxes, all other delivery companies deliver at the delivery address door). Had to speak to the manager who agreed to replace or refund the item after we took the time to explain the situation.
