For the last month I’ve been defeated by the severe pain from acute plantar fasciitis, and it just seemed like aside from a very minimal temporary relief, there was no other help to address the root cause. I stumbled upon the website by the Good Feet Store - their explanation of my condition and importance of the appropriate foot support, made so much sense how I got this in the first place, so I made an appt for the next day. I could not believe when I tried the first set of supportive inserts and took the first steps, the sharp, stabbing pain in my heel was 90% better, the relief I haven’t experienced since it all started. I’ve been wearing the system as advised for the last few days and it still amazes me how much it has already improved my pain, thus my gait and just overall put me in a better place mentally too. It’s pricy, but when every step feels like a painful chore, it’s more than worth it. Not to mention the benefit of a long term investment into improved body mechanics.

After some basic initial diagnostics, the salesman tried to sell me a trio of plastic insoles (with different instep heights) for $1500!!!!!!!!!. I was desperate to be relived of this pain so I settled for two which cost me $900. I bought them thinking I might be able to get reimbursed through my health insurance but was unsuccessful (maybe if I had gone to a foot doctor or gotten prior approval it could have worked?). Keep in mind these things are probably 3D printed in 5 minutes for cheap. They are covered with a lifetime replacement guarantee but I am so angry I got ripped off. Additionally they do not have a large selection of footwear that is made for painful feet which is part of what I assumed they would have. If this sounds relatable I would save your $ and be sure you have exhausted other insole options and consult with a podiatrist.

Approximately 15 minutes after inserting “relaxers”, I experienced sharp pain in my feet on July 17. This is a breach of warranty and will make upcoming travel extremely difficult. Following your suggestion, I went to our foot doctor today. He said to absolutely NOT use your product. He has given me a medication suggestion and we will see him again in about a month. Your charge is already on our credit card statement. When we see that you have removed it, I will return your product. As stated above, if you do not remove the charge, I will file a complaint with the credit card company. We will also go to some social media sites and share our complaint with them. Thank you.
