Nita was my rep and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that she provided. Mind you, I am never a good patient but she was so pleasant and patient that all my apprehensions and fears disappeared. I came back three days later, was fitted and feel so much better not having to say, what?anymore. I love the aids and can truly say the experience was really worth it it all; even the frightening thought of a bug in my ear.
