  A big shout-out to Kelly at this office! She is incredibly patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. It’s clear that she is passionate about what she does and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

  Kelly Bradley was very knowledgeable in the testing and answering questions. She helped coordinate getting our records from the Miracle Ear office we bought them from in Wisconsin. The office manager, Alicia was also helpful in getting the paperwork completed. Both were friendly and welcoming.

  My experience with Miracle Ear has been excellent & working with the representative Nita was exceptional . She was precise in providing great customer service. And I felt liked a valuable customer. And I definite enjoyed my experience with Miracle Ear Company.

  Was seriously concerned about getting hearing aids but a lot more concerned about not hearing effectively. I finally bit the bullet and went into Miracle Ear. Nita was my rep and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that she provided. Mind you, I am never a good patient but she was so pleasant and patient that all my apprehensions and fears disappeared. I came back three days later, was fitted and feel so much better not having to say, what?anymore. I love the aids and can truly say the experience was really worth it it all; even the frightening thought of a bug in my ear.
