In just 5 classes I feel stronger and more balanced! ( I lost 3 pounds, which is shocking because I‘be been swimming an hour a day for months and lifting 6 days a week w/out any results) All of the teachers are so welcoming, and knowledgeable. The classes go by in a heartbeat! Definitely check it out! The Plesant Hill and Lafayette location are owned by the same woman and she obviously knows what she’s doing because the quality of teaching is high, and everyone is happy!
