Sweat Yoga Playa Vista

The room is dark. The heat is real. The music moves with you. Sweat Yoga is an infrared-heated studio with a mirrorless, music-driven room in Playa Vista — designed to take you inward. Most classes follow a guided sequence that opens into free flow, where you move at your own pace, your own breath, your own edge. Every class ends with an icy lavender towel delivered to your mat — a cool, grounding close to everything you just moved through. Our schedule includes yoga flow, strength-based Chizle classes with weights, Hot Pilates on the mat, deep Yin stretch classes, as well as breathwork and sound bath sessions for recovery and stillness.
