    This was our first time at this Miracle Ear in Placerville. The office manager, Ramona, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The environment was clean and comfortable. The Hearing Aid Dispenser, Jacob, was SO patient with my 80 year old mom. He spent the time with her to clean her current miracle ear hearing aids, giving her a tune up, and administer another hearing test. He was so thorough and explained things in a way my mother could understand. This was an overall great experience and I get the sense that it is for many others as well. I watched as Ramona answered the phone, accommodated each person who called or dropped in, and she called each person by their name from memory as they came in for their appointments. Then Jacob would greet them with a smile. They are a great team that make meaningful connections with their customers.

    My husband has used hearing aids for years. Both the doctors did an examination of his ears and tested his hearing . They were very helpful and compassionate. Love their honesty.

    As the year came to an end I realized that my new company benefits included hearing aids. Having paid out of pocket for 10 years, I really saw the opportunity. Amplifon is an in network provider and the helpful person at Amplifon was able to get me an appointment in next day at the Placerville store. Jacob took care of the testing and the hearing aids were delivered on time and the preprogram done by Jacob worked great, a significant improvement over my previous hearing aids. On my follow up appointment last week, Nicole dialed them in to perfection. The staff at Miracle Ear in Placerville does a great job. I would be remiss if I didn’t include Ramona who understands my unique needs at gets me with the right person to get it taken care of.
