  I had a great experience at GNC in Pinole. I recently purchased Precision Whey Protein, and Cheryl was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about the products, answered all of my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. On top of that, she was genuinely kind, friendly, and professional. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Thanks, Share, for making my visit such a positive experience—I’ll definitely be back!

  They wouldn't honor the .90 cent sale on Ghost Energy drinks I came here on the 28th the sale started on the 27th the lady working said the manager said not to override the pricing. Wasted my time coming to this location and not giving the advertised pricing is very misleading.

  I recently bought some products from this store. At checkout, the cashier told me my “membership” was not activated and offered to help me activate it. I am not a regular customer of GNC and had only made a purchase in another GNC store a couple of years ago, so I agreed. However, I later realized that she had signed me up for the highest tier of membership, which requires an annual fee, without explaining this to me. When I questioned the extra charge, she told me the membership required a “deposit” that I could use toward future purchases at any GNC store. After returning home, I discovered that this was not a deposit at all, but a nonrefundable membership fee. The cashier had misled me with incorrect information. So pay attention when checkout.
