  Incredibly terrible experience. After spending a LOT of money with this company, they have not helped us at all within the last five years+ Unreturned phone calls, promises made that were never followed through on,…etc. We do NOT recommend going with this company, as you will definitely have better service elsewhere!

  Jessica took me Write into her office and heard all of my needs. She was wonderful in attention to detail and sensitivity. When she learned that I had lost one of my hearing aids in my car, she went out to my car and found it for me, way above and beyond, And I am so grateful!

  Came from out of town and lost part of my hearing aid in my ear. Jessica, the audiologist here was very helpful and trying to remove the rubber part that was pushed in my ear however, California law prohibits her from digging, but she did show that it was stuck in my ear with her computer.
