  Jessica took me Write into her office and heard all of my needs. She was wonderful in attention to detail and sensitivity. When she learned that I had lost one of my hearing aids in my car, she went out to my car and found it for me, way above and beyond, And I am so grateful!

  Came from out of town and lost part of my hearing aid in my ear. Jessica, the audiologist here was very helpful and trying to remove the rubber part that was pushed in my ear however, California law prohibits her from digging, but she did show that it was stuck in my ear with her computer.

  Customer service is nonexistent. We have been unable to receive any help whatsoever, for the hearing aids that we bought, even though we have tried numerous times. We have spent a lot of money…regretting it… Wishing that we had gone with a different company.

  I was seeing by Jessica because the person that was supposed to see me was in a meeting even though I had an appointment. I was very impressed the way Jessica conducted the visit.

  Rene explained things very clearly and explained all the options. I was impressed with her knowledge of the subject and her professional demeanor. I had a very good feeling after the visit.
