My mom has been getting her prescriptions filled for over a year at this Save On Drugs in Albertsons in Paso Robles and just yesterday 5/16/26 the pharmacist handed her someone else’s prescriptions. My mom, thank god noticed it was not her name or medication told the pharmacist. Then when she said she was there to pick up her prescriptions and they asked my mom the names, she couldn’t remember each name and my sister asked them to please look in their system and they told my mom and sister that they don’t have the names of her prescriptions in their system. That is not ok. She’s been on the same medications for years. She’s 82. She obviously won’t remember every prescription name. Those should always show up in the pharmacy’s system. Terrible!
