Quality of instruction is dependable with teachers like Dahee and Elaheh you just can't go wrong. Although very distinct from one another and unique in their teaching styles, they both share the qualities of smart sequencing, fluid transitions, and emphasis on strength through functional movement/ mobility. These powerful, strong, humble, and spiritually aligned ladies are doing the work that they teach, truly leading by example --as seems to be the theme with the YogaSix Pasadena instructors.
