The studio is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is amazing; friendly, kind, compassionate, and always helpful. It truly feels like home. Classes are for all levels, and the heated rooms are very comfortable (not too hot, just right). Since starting in February 2026, I’ve noticed real improvements in my posture, muscle tone, balance, and overall energy. It also helps me release stress and feel more grounded. The instructors are excellent; professional, supportive, and encouraging while still pushing you to improve. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They also offer a great intro deal of 3 classes for $36 with no commitment. You won’t regret it; give it a try!!!!
