On top of that, she found a promotion I was eligible for and let me split payments so I could use offers on both cards. Also, I didn't know Warby Parker could submit insurance claims on my behalf, which is what she did for me, all with a friendly smile. I really felt as though she wanted to make sure my experience was great. That is top-notch customer service right there. Thank you, Athena!!
