The same set of inserts for 5 years, everyday. My feet feel great and its honestly a blast being able to go to Disneyland and not complain about walking too much. So 2023 I noticed my feet beginning to ache again (mind you the ache was MILES better than before I had inserts). Now in 2026 I just got my inserts swapped FOR FREE. I'm back to not having my feet ache after a day of walking. No cap, this is an investment and I have loved every single moment wearing them. I am warning you to expect to feel like you paid an arm and a leg. But after two weeks you will understand what you were missing out on. Dr. Scholl's and that product on Amazon is just a waste of money. Store: Nina was super nice, accommodating,and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
