As a first-timer, I felt welcomed and supported by the front desk team, even during a busy morning rush. Megan was an athletic, motivating instructor with a great playlist and really good energy. She made the class and I felt so included, free, and I never felt out of place as someone new. I definitely recommend and will be back next time I am in town.
