    Exceptional level of care and concern! I was visiting my daughter several weeks ago when I experienced an urgent issue with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. During that time, I visited the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center located at 2848 E. Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, CA, and I must say it was one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Not only was my urgent situation handled promptly and with the utmost professionalism, but I was also impressed by the exceptional level of care and concern the staff demonstrated toward other clients. This level of attentiveness truly stood out. I highly recommend this Miracle-Ear location.

    I have been taking my mother to Miracle-Ear in Pasadena on Foothill for quite some time now, and our experience has consistently been excellent. She recently underwent a comprehensive pure-tone audiometry exam and had her hearing aids recalibrated, resulting in a remarkable improvement in her hearing. I would like to extend a special thank you to Kay for his exceptional care, expertise, and thoughtful conversations about the importance of hearing health. He and his staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive, and we never feel rushed during our visits. Their professionalism and genuine kindness make each appointment a positive experience.

    Right when I entered for my appointment Daniel at the front desk was very customer friendly. And Lora Lee was a personification of Patience ! Took her time explain everything in detail. I was very impressed with the way they handle their customers. They deserve a 10 star rating if there is such a thing.
