She recently underwent a comprehensive pure-tone audiometry exam and had her hearing aids recalibrated, resulting in a remarkable improvement in her hearing. I would like to extend a special thank you to Kay for his exceptional care, expertise, and thoughtful conversations about the importance of hearing health. He and his staff are always warm, welcoming, and attentive, and we never feel rushed during our visits. Their professionalism and genuine kindness make each appointment a positive experience.
