I loved how I felt afterwards. it was a challenge and even though I have physical limitations and I'm 60, I was able to do most of what was done. I was told how to change it a bit to fit my limitations. (Ceza was a great instructor, she was gentle and encouraging) I think it'll be good to take a few classes. after the free class, I was offered a few deals to sign up. though they are good deals, many of them were not affordable for me. The woman at reception were all amazing and the assistant manager is great. I did sign up for the 4x a month package. I think it's a little out of my budget but I'm going to try it out for a few months and see if I can enjoy the benefits of the exercise for a few months

I love my classes with Tere and Claire, and receive an all-around body workout.
