Read the other 1, 2 star reviews - those are the most accurate. Please work on your customer service skills and hire friendly people who actually enjoy working there and helping customers.

The staff was eager to sell and was pushy and chatty while the sale was being handled. But afterwards when I went to pick it up the lady tried to get me to pick up the glasses and leave. I insisted on trying them in the store . She was rude and unprofessional. The person who sold me the glasses did not even greet me and acted like he saw me for the first time . The manger who was all smiles and anecdotes when I was buying the glasses was very distant and aloof when I went to pick up the glasses .i will not be a repeat customer, even though the doctor was exceptional and i really liked him.
