  Sunday morning I found out that my screw-in nose pads were falling off so I looked up places in downtown Palo Alto to fixed it but either they wouldn’t change it or they didn’t have the part but here at For Eyes they did and Ree did an excellent job talking care of me and fixing my problems, Thank you Ree!!

  My entire experience, start to finish, was excellent. The store is clean, well-organized and easy to navigate. The sales associate was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and personable. The array of possible frames for glasses was amazing - all types, all prices, all well-organized. The sale options were great to go along with reasonable and competitive prices. i would highly recommend For Eyes for good products and wonderful service.

  The most efficient and easiest way to get a glasses or contacts prescription in the area. The doctors are caring, knowledgeable, and thorough, and it's incredibly easy to order contacts at the office. Reno is also the best to work with and goes above and beyond to help out! Highly recommend.

  Previously, my regular eye exams were fully covered by my insurance. Last year, the clinic offered an optional $39 test; I felt pressured into accepting it but later regretted the out-of-pocket cost. When I visited the office today, I was informed that this extra test is now mandatory, so I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.

  Weird to "love" your optometrist but I do. Great staff, extremely helpful and friendly, providers always answer questions with as much or little detail as you like. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I just moved 30 min away, but will keep coming here as long as I can.
