  I was greeted when I walked in, my appointment was confirmed quickly. Minimal paperwork. I waited about 10 minutes to see Dr. Armstrong. I had a good exam and everything was explained to me. Jamir helped get my glasses fitted and explained the different types of lenses available. He did updated testing to get the right positioning for my progressive lenses.

  I honestly had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at LensCrafters. From the second I walked into the store, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all, and they actually took the time to understand what I was looking for. They helped me look through different frames and gave me honest opinions about what looked good and what would fit my face. I really appreciated that because there were so many different options, and having someone who actually knows what they’re doing made the decision so much easier. They were also very patient when I wanted to compare different styles and explained the differences between the frames and lenses clearly. The entire process was smooth and organized. They explained everything about the lenses, pricing, and options without making things confusing. I also really appreciated how professional and respectful everyone was throughout the whole experience. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their customers and wants them to have a good experience instead of just trying to make a sale. The glasses turned out great, they fit comfortably, and I’m extremely happy with how they look and feel. The quality is great, and the service made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you go into a store and receive this level of customer service. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters to anyone who needs glasses or wants to get a new pair. If you’re looking for a place with a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service, I would definitely give them a try. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next pair!
