Sashira was very professional, had a great attitude and knew exactly how to guide me to find what best suited the shape of my face.

I went in to ask for help to repair my glasses and the one guy at the front with glasses already seemed annoyed with me. Once I handed them to him, he said they are completely broken and couldn’t do anything. I then asked about dates if I ordered glasses and he asked for my prescription which I had to show from my phone. He had his hand out to get my phone and because I had to look for the picture he sighed and rolled his eyes at me. Since the moment I walked in at opening, there was no greeting and I felt uncomfortable since I got the feeling I was being a disturbance. I had more questions but I didn’t feel comfortable asking.

Sashira was very helpful! I came in for an eye exam and she me greeted me immediately. After the exam I was looking for a frame and she helped me pick one that I was happy with. Thank you again for your help, Sashira!

Dr.Armstong is the best eye Dr I have EVER seen . Now let's address the LenseCrafters staff they are the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. They don't know how to look up your insurance 2 times after making an appointment weeks in advance the day my appointment comes they told me my insurance wasn't valid so I had to call my insurance and verify that I was indeed eligible. Causing me and my wife to make another appointment and miss work, only to get oh we are sorry we didn't look it up right.. If it wasn't for the Dr I would NEVER go back there.

I have used this Palmdale location for two but I will definitely go elsewhere going forward. They forgot to notify me that my order was ready and then instead of just taking accountability and just say they forgot they told me they marked me as called with a voicemail as if my phone doesn’t work properly, so weird and I’m done.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
