I had an issue with my finances due to my bank card and finances being stolen. It was everything I had, for my bills, my pilates dues, my mortgage, etc. No kindness, no compassion, no sorry that happened to you, nothing. They only wanted their money, the strict policies don't allow for chaos in life, for life to get in the way, don't allow for a human to go through a traumatic life experience that has never happened before, it's not like we ask for life to hit us that way. Doesn't matter. I don't believe this place is here for our community, it is only here for it's benefit. Wow, but God is just.

I came in planning on only coming 4 times a month and ended up signing up for unlimited classes the following month. Such a great atmosphere! The instructors are all awesome, knowledgeable so helpful and encouraging!
