  Very welcoming environment for people new to Pilates. The exercise is great for all ages. All of the instructors are so educational and easy to work aside. The Club Pilates app is easy to use, check in girls are very kind and able to answer all questions.

  Charged first membership fee but did not open doors till four months later, which deprived me of the ability to use the studio. They issued to me only one months worth of credits after paying for two. I showed them the screenshot of my account, and receipts, which proved this and they still would not add the appropriate amount of credits that I paid for. Email responses from Sal were very ineffective and only proved they did not care about losing my business. I am saddened. I was really looking forward to coming here. Also major caution on the contract. It states. Per screenshot, provided that they don't charge cancellation fee. They did anyways. They also randomly charged second fee, the other day, four months later and well outside are stated, contractual payment dates.
