  I have had many hearing aids over the years - runs in the family. No doubt the tech has gotten sooo much better, but these new ones have launched even further than I had imagined! Very welcome news for those with hearing impairment. BOTH L and R HA’s have separate computer tech and have a dual communication systems which work together. OMG! The new product was adjusted to my very specific hearing loss and I got to try them out for a couple of weeks. WOW! They were amazing! My life was changing. Sadly my insurance has another year before it kicks in, and I had to relinquish them to the office. The Staff understood completely. But, Hold on. This story doesn’t have a sad ending! Alicia Colvin, the very bright and always cheerful Office Manager, got me “in” at a convenient time, and assured me that Katie Schrader, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, whose talents come from many years on the front lines of taking care of Audio Disabled people like me, would make adjustments to my HA’s, to give me a tighter approximation to the ones I sadly had to relinquish. And Katie did exactly that! My “Old” HA’s needed an update and more finessing and voilà. Katie fixed them and now they are better than ever! I’m happy to have this superb pair! No tears here. And as Katie says, Miracle will very likely have even more yummy hearing advancements in the coming year! I’m very happy to have found Miracle, and especially Alicia and Katie! A and K : you’re the Best!

  The store is beautiful, newly remodeled. So clean. Alicia at the front desk was welcoming and kind. Katie was professional and helpful.

  Great place to get hearing aids and any assistance you need, staff are more than happy to help. Such a smooth process with the help of Kayla as this is a new experience I had to have, she made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Fantastic!
