Instructors are consistently capable but with distinctive personalities. My three favorites are critical and demanding but have a sense of humor. They are also very popular so booking the ones I want the most, farther ahead is helpful. I learned Pilates at an independent studio in my mountain town and was skeptical of Club but my experience has been quite positive.

All the instructors, Stephen, Aida, Dennis, Randy are professionals and take time to show you the perfect posture to benefit the most from the exercise without hurting your body. I highly recommend this studio.
