My Club Pilates experience in Palm Springs ( and their Rancho Mirage ) studios has been terrific. Instructors are consistently capable but with distinctive personalities. My three favorites are critical and demanding but have a sense of humor. They are also very popular so booking the ones I want the most, farther ahead is helpful. I learned Pilates at an independent studio in my mountain town and was skeptical of Club but my experience has been quite positive.

At 74 w the encouragement from my daughter, I started pilates in July. Stephen was my introductory instructor and I immediately felt so comfortable w him. I now go 5 days a week and feel so good. The staff, Kat, Ray (I need to learn the other's names) are so welcoming and kind. I have had classes w Stephen, Gaylynn, Deborah and Jason and each one brings something new all the time. It's the best thing I have done for myself in a long time

The PS studio is positive energy and welcoming smiles. Glad we can see them again : ) I was off for a few months and started up again this week and so glad I did! 3 AM classes in 1 week is a bigee for me. Would pat my back but am too sore. In a good way!

Club Pilates in Palm Springs is a friendly, welcoming place to come into.
There are several types of classes and levels so there is something for everyone and "every body". Pilates is the best way to exercise your body without any strain on your knees and legs. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and really want to help you do the exercises correctly with a gentle adjustment of whatever body part needs to be in a different position. And they are super friendly to boot. I have been doing pilates for over4 years now and I cannot think of any better way to build my muscles, increase my strength, and stretch my body.
