  I arrived about a half hour early because of my ride and they open the door for me anyway and saw me almost immediately their secretary or receptionist is very nice and the doctor goes above and beyond and he shows me things that no other person has in regards to how to clean and things like that I appreciate them.

  I’ve had a consistently great experience with Gregory and the entire team at AudioNova. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and makes the process feel easy and stress-free. Gregory in particular has been wonderful about making sure my hearing aids are properly adjusted and regularly reviewed so I’m always getting the best possible performance from them. I especially love the newer Bluetooth capability that connects directly to my phone, as well as the convenience of the rechargeable batteries. It’s such an improvement over my first pair of hearing aids, where I was constantly buying and replacing disposable batteries. The technology and support have made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. Highly recommend Gregory and the AudioNova team for their expertise, care, and excellent customer service.
