  This office is very irresponsible and the front desk girls is unfriendly and rude. Will not help with any questions you might have, her answer is "I don't know" to anything. The Dr. saw my husband back in March for a problem with psoriasis, he had that for more than a year" he recommended a "shot" after lab test. The lab was performed, and never got a call for results. After two months, I called and was told he needed an X-Ray, well that was a very difficult thing to do because the order was a headache to get. Finally went to the office two times, got order, did X-Ray, and never hear back again. I complained to front des, and the answer was "I don't know"

  I recently went in for a wart removal, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t the best. The provider who performed the procedure came across as not very polite, and the overall interaction felt uncomfortable. I did notice his face looked irritated, so I wondered if he might have been dealing with discomfort himself, which could have affected his demeanor. During the freezing process, he told me that next time I should take Tylenol beforehand and be prepared for the pain, as well as expect to return for another session since I “don’t last long.” That comment felt unnecessary and a bit dismissive. Thankfully, the treatment worked, and I didn’t need to go back. The front office staff also lacked warmth and basic customer service, which made the overall experience feel even less welcoming. It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve noticed similar feedback in reviews over the years. I really hope the clinic takes steps to improve both patient care and customer service moving forward.

  Very poor service. Bad follow through. It's been almost 3 weeks I've been waiting for a referral to a cancer center, after calling them they acted like they had no idea what I was referring to.......

  Someone from the office just left a voicemail to confirm an appointment. Within one minute I called the number back to reschedule and no one picks up. I bet this office has a bunch of “no shows” and “missed appointments” because calling to reschedule is clearly not an option! I have now called several different numbers, all with the same result. After several minutes of ringing, the phone just cuts off. Not even an option to leave a voicemail.
