  3rd time ordering from Warby Parker, once on vacation in Boston, once online, this time on El Paseo. I was in and out in 15 minutes -selected my frames, gave her my prescription, she took some measurements, I made a few choices, paid the bill, and done. They’ll be delivered to my house in two weeks. Easiest prescription glasses purchase ever. The selection is decent, the service excellent, and I’m happy Warby Parker is now in the desert.

  The staff at WP were professional and efficient. The modern technology used was impressive. I have had virtual eye exams before; however, not as nearly and thorough. Dr. Thach and the exam tech were forthcoming with questions and left ample time for my questions. I highly WP for your next exam and glasses/contacts,

  Had a great time working with Tess to select new glasses and sunglasses today. She was very knowledgeable, had good suggestions and was able to access my insurance information and previous purchases instantly to help inform my purchase decisions. I’ve shopped with Warby Parker online as well as in stores in various cities across the country. This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had in one of their stores. The store environment was inviting and immaculate. The associates were friendly and extremely competent. I left confident in my selections and satisfied that I had received the best possible care and attention!

  I was so happy with my visit today! AJ was a lifesaver in helping me find the perfect prescription glasses and sunglasses. I even went a little out of comfort zone because her suggestions looked amazing on me. I’m really glad I decided to come here and get my new prescriptions. The whole process was so easy, and I didn’t feel any pressure at all. She was so sweet too. I definitely recommend giving them a try—I’ve shopped around before, but this was a much better experience.

  The store is beautiful with an abundant great frame selection. The staff (Tess) & team) friendly and professional. Without problem or concern, I updated my Rx with a virtual exam, State of the art and efficient. Price surprised me (higher than I expected). Caused by progressive lens, blue light filtering, UV protection .... same process as other providers but in a nicer space, with nicer trained people.....great experience.
