  Friendly and welcoming environment. Excellent selection of eyeglasses. Erica provided superior customer service and knowledge of eyewear. Affordable prices. Highly recommend a trip to the El Paseo store for that personal touch.

  The staff here could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! They listened to what my husband said he was looking for and they did not stop until they helped him find THE MOST PERFECT pair. And as if that was not enough, the pricing at Warby Parker is ideal. These are my husband's first pair of sunglasses and he will most definitely be back for a second slightly different-styled pair as well as some prescription glasses!

  Exceptional Team of people at Warby Parker on El Paseo. They are very knowledgeable of the styles give excellent recommendations to match what the customer is looking for as well as what would look good on the customer's face. The Store Manager Erica and staff make shopping for glasses a pleasure. Erica, AT, Laureen, and Page are wonderful to work with. This is the best Warby Parker team I have worked with in the several decades of being a Warby Customer. Additionally, Warby Parker glasses and frames are much better constructed that Zenni and others.
