From the classic format to the Define or Empower classes that offer more weight lifting and cardio, I always get some great workouts. Plus the choreographies change on a monthly basis so you don’t get bored with the same routine. Great teachers that are caring and will take the time to correct you if you are not doing it right. Clean and friendly studio. Definitely recommend it!!!
