  Saw Dr Phillips as a first time patient, my husband and I. He was very thorough with both of us. Definitely recommend his office. There are no texts, or emails, his staff answers the phone and you can leave a message on their VM. And there is plenty of parking in front and behind the building.

  By far the best experience I’ve ever had from a medical office not only is the staff super friendly and accommodating but Connie made me feel as though I was being treated by my own mother. I see a lot of people complaining about wait times and Wait time is irrelevant to me when it comes to doctors offices because no doctors office is ever exactly on time; however, Once the wait was over and Dr. Phillips was available. he not only addressed my concerns but treated my sever pain from an ingrown nail. During the entire procedure he kept me engaged in conversation and honestly not only is he an amazing doctor but he’s definitely a person id get a drink with after hours. Overall his professionalism, caring nature and great attitude made this experience a memorable one. Thank you Dr. Phillips and thank you Connie for treating me so well!

  Went to doctor Phillps 2 times. Both times waited over 30 min to be seen he helped me with a cortisone shot. His staff Connie and Eva promised to get back with me 3 different times and no follow up. Made me feel like they are too busy to help or since I am so new don’t matter. Terriable customer or patient service. If you just want a quick shot ok but don’t expect the appointment to be on Time or any follow up from the staff.

  I've been having foot pain for the past 8 months and the pain finally got to the point that I felt I needed to see a doctor. I am an outside sales person and on my feet all day. The rivet that held the heel on my left dress shoe was protruding through the insole and slowly pushing into my heel and causing great pain. I must have went through several pairs of shoes and each one would do the same thing after just a few weeks. At $125.00 a pair you would think the quality would be better, but that's a review for another time. I made an appointment to see Dr. Kenneth Phillips at Palm Desert Podiatry. When I called to set up the appointment the office staff was very friendly and professional and were very accommodating to my needs to see the doctor right away. I met with Dr. Kenneth Phillips and he listened to my concerns and shared with me the possibilities of what was causing the pain. Dr. Phillips took x-rays of my foot right then and there, which was a great relief to me that i didn't have to go somewhere else to have the x-rays taken, as most Dr's require you to do. The good news is the x-rays showed no bone damage and Dr. Phillips was able to explain to me what was causing my pain. I damaged my Plantar Fascia Ligament. Dr Kenneth Phillips gave me a Cortisone shot to help with the pain and to help with the healing. He also gave me a band to help stretch my foot each morning and recommended that I order new shoe inserts with a better arch for support. It's amazing when you find a Dr. that really cares about their patients and takes the time to listen to them and takes the time needed to do a proper diagnosis. THANK YOU DR. Kenneth Phillips !!

  Very knowledgeable and spends time explaining problem. Various suggestions for solution And is truly concerned about your condition. Would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Phillips . A very caring podiatrist. February 2017
