  I couldn't be happier with my Oliver Peoples experience. There are so many wonderful styles! When I entered the store I received a friendly greeting, and asked about a particular pair of glasses work by an actor in a movie. Joanne immediately knew exactly what they were, thoroughly described the multiple sizes and patiently helped me try them on multiple times until I was comfortable with my decision. I wanted to get the prescription filled there, but wasn't sure if they would accept my insurance. Joanne did a quick online check and found an alternate method for me to use insurance and make the cost more reasonable. The glasses are so comfortable, and I'm really looking forward to the day they're ready for pick-up. I've worn glasses for 70 years, and wish I had found Oliver Peoples much sooner.

  I had a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses that I bought 10 years ago and in NYC … and had continued to wear them all those years. I needed some new regular glasses. So I went to Oliver Peoples in Palm Desert to see if they still made the same frame as the sunglasses. Turns out that they did and in different colors. I needed custom mounted nose guards and there was no problem adding those to my new glasses. Liz, who is the Manager, has an extensive background in the eye glasses business … and is super knowledgeable. There are a lot of choices for glasses. But Oliver Peoples is an established, timeless designed frames company that has had me as a customer for over 20 years. The company’s reputation along with Liz and her team … make me happy to give Oliver People’s on El Paseo five stars!

  Joanne Kaplan was excellent in every way. She made the visit delightful. I would have bought from another brand if it were not for her knowledge and guidance. She was a brand ambassador who did not disappoint.
