Ray-Ban was awesome and honored the factory warranty and gave me a new pair and even said I could have new lenses which I didn’t need. I went into the store today in April helped me she went above and beyond was friendly quick to assist me and before you know it, I was on my way out the door with a new pair of Meta glasses with my old lenses inserted. She also adjusted my regular glasses that I had also purchased there, but I think she would’ve done it regardless. She was really great really kind really friendly. There was other people waiting and She did not make me feel like she was in a hurry or I was an inconvenience. This is why I’ve come back to the store. I originally purchased my glasses from Angel, who was Awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. This is why I come back thank you LensCrafters for taking care of me and thank you Ray-Ban. You’re awesome.!🖤
