  My aunt is incredibly particular and has a difficult time trusting others, so finding the right care team was something we took very seriously. From our very first phone call, Bryanna immediately made us feel comfortable and reassured. She took the time to answer every question we had with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. Throughout the entire process, she made everything feel seamless and gave us the confidence that our loved one would be in good hands. We are so grateful for her guidance and support, and she truly helped put our minds at ease that we had made the right decision.

  Our family was searching for an in-home care provider to give our grandfather some extra support. While he is still fairly independent, he is also very particular, so finding the right match was extremely important to us. Bryanna answered our initial call and provided us with a wealth of helpful information, patiently answering all of our questions and making us feel confident throughout the process. We also worked with Courtney, the VA Coordinator, who helped us get started with the VA benefits process for our grandfather. She was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. Together, Bryanna and Courtney listened carefully to our family’s needs, coordinated a seamless introduction, and created a schedule that fit our preferences. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine attentiveness that Bryanna and Courtney demonstrated truly set them apart. They made what could have been a stressful process feel reassuring and seamless.   My husband and I think Norma is a wonderful caregiver. She was is very punctual and trustworthy and efficient. She’s a wonderful cook. Her supervisor Irish is very kind and professional. We highly recommend Home Instead to all the seniors who need daily help.
