The first day I went in about midday and both owners were there and were very friendly, welcoming, and personable. I was struggling to pay for my day pass and they kindly helped me. Majority of people there were personal trainers with clients, but I felt very comfortable doing my own thing. They have all the equipment you need and everyone was helpful if I had questions about setting up the equipment. Also, their day passes were an excellent price for only being here a week. FTC was a great place to stop by, I plan on coming back next time I’m in the area.
- MIMZ IJan 23, 20264.0The facility is really nice. It was not crowded and I could see myself getting a workout in the future. I paid a $10 drop in fee and easily got access to the facility. Unfortunately I did not workout, because I had places to be afterward and thought I’d have access to a shower. It was mentioned in the ‘About’ section, but I walked the facility and couldn’t find it. Still I’d come back to workout.
