- SSSara ShyrSep 11, 20215.0I found Club Pilates as a free introductory class on Instagram. I just love Angela - she tailors each class to her students. She is very careful if you have a back strain or other injuries and will give you an alternative exercise. I'm signed up 6 days a week as I have not had any sciatica since I started Pilates as many of the exercises are similar to physical therapy but unlike Physical Therapy, it is 50 minutes of an all around work out and stretching for the whole body. I highly recommend people try it and you will have fun and get fit.

Received a follow up text and call asking how the class was and if I had questions. I explained I was on vacation and didn't want to take a week off from pilates classes but unfortunately I probably will never be back to this studio.
