  Club Pilates in PG is an inclusive place where you can fully relax and enjoy working out (something I never knew was possible). Before I took my first class, my friend told me that Pilates is done in socks, mostly while lying down and the slower, the better. It sounded too good to be true. It's not. I had to have surgery last year and they froze my membership to accommodate me. These are the kinds of actions that make you feel like CP actually cares about you and your well being. The Restore class in particular is like a spa day for body and mind. I just went this morning to Restore taught by Colleen and I feel that ONE class was worth my monthly unlimited membership fee. Big Thanks to Denise, Colleen, Michelle, Gabes, Amy, Kim and the other teachers and staff that make this place so VERY special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Company continues to try and charge me hundreds of dollars for a membership I’ve asked to cancel several times and haven’t used

  I had never taken any Pilates classes until I tried their free 30-minute intro class. I haven’t had classes with all of the instructors yet, but Denise is my favorite so far. The facility is clean. The app to book classes and handle payments works well. The front desk workers are nice and helpful. And the community is nice.

  My wife and I signed up in October as total newbies to Pilates and have really enjoyed it. We tried a number of different instructors (based on our schedule) but eventually settled on Denise’s classes. We really love how she goes the extra mile to remember your name, is encouraging and empowering, and pushes you to go further. I’ve never been particularly fit and work in front of the computer all day, so the progress in my fitness and strength has been noticeable. Highly recommend!

  Great introductory offer! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to build full body strength at your own pace. Lesa is a great instructor who guides her students through each exercise making sure we have the proper form. She also explains the benefit of each movement, which I really appreciate.
