The combination of fitness and combat-focused workouts creates a great environment for staying active and challenging yourself. The facility feels well organized, and the staff are encouraging and professional. A great option for anyone looking to improve strength, conditioning, confidence, and overall fitness.

  I had high expectations for UFC Gym, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall management have been very disappointing. The gym is consistently dirty, from the workout floor to the restrooms, sauna, and even the outdoor training area. These spaces should be cleaned and sanitized regularly, especially in a fitness facility where hygiene is so important. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the cleaning staff are often on their phones instead of maintaining the facility. On multiple occasions, the manager has been locked in the office using a personal phone rather than being visible on the gym floor or addressing the condition of the club. Members pay a premium to work out in a clean, well-maintained environment. UFC Gym has great equipment and potential, but the lack of cleanliness, visible management, and attention to detail has significantly impacted my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the facility for its members.

  UFC GYM customer service is absolutely trash. If you want unexpected charges on your account, then sign up for this gym. This has happened to me 3 times. Twice, I was charged 300 dollars. After canceling my personal training, I was still charged 450 dollars. Whoever handles this cannot get it together. They are constantly trying to upsell you and make misleading deals that only end in lies. I do have positive things to say about this gym! The jiu-jitsu classes are really great. Gaycen is an amazing instructor. The equipment is decent, and the sauna is usually hot. 👇 Pardon me if i am wrong but calling the customer service line where you leave a voice mail is not taking customer service seriously. Especially when no one gets back to you.

  Gym is cool has everything you need. The only think that sucks and I would give it two starts but I don't want to be mean is the shower water pressure. SMH the water pressure is so low the soap won't wash off from your body. I know they do this to save money but are you really saving money. Cause now I'm taking a longer shower since the soap won't wash off. I want to be in and out of that shower. Not take a 20-30 minutes cause I have to be sprucing the soap off. Make the water pressure stronger.
