  UFC GYM customer service is absolutely trash. If you want unexpected charges on your account, then sign up for this gym. This has happened to me 3 times. Twice, I was charged 300 dollars. After canceling my personal training, I was still charged 450 dollars. Whoever handles this cannot get it together. They are constantly trying to upsell you and make misleading deals that only end in lies. I do have positive things to say about this gym! The jiu-jitsu classes are really great. Gaycen is an amazing instructor. The equipment is decent, and the sauna is usually hot.

  Gym is cool has everything you need. The only think that sucks and I would give it two starts but I don't want to be mean is the shower water pressure. SMH the water pressure is so low the soap won't wash off from your body. I know they do this to save money but are you really saving money. Cause now I'm taking a longer shower since the soap won't wash off. I want to be in and out of that shower. Not take a 20-30 minutes cause I have to be sprucing the soap off. Make the water pressure stronger.

  I like this gym but the music is annoyingly loud. Even wearing noise canceling headphones, all I can here is the music from the speaker. It honestly ruins my workout experience.

  Honestly all gyms in Oxnard is bad. The customer service is a joke now days. Me and my husband were overcharged and apparently managers and staff have no clue how to issue refunds but just make deals and hopes to catch a new meat. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!! Hire people with EXPERIENCE and not looks and have some decency to provide training that's appropriate..

  Be very careful doing business at this location. Review your contract and monitor your bank account closely. This review is specifically for the UFC Gym in Oxnard and my experience dealing with manager Anthony Vargas. I signed a contract for 12 training sessions at $85 each ($1,020 total). Instead, UFC Gym charged my account $2,040—double what was agreed. I have spoken with Anthony Vargas and staff multiple times (at least 7 visits). Each time, I’m told the issue will be fixed and a refund is coming. To date, only $680 has been refunded, and another $680 is still owed. Despite requesting that my account be frozen until this matter is resolved, they started pulling money from my account again. At this point: • The billing error is clear • Management is aware • Promises have been made repeatedly • No resolution has been delivered This is not just poor service—it’s unacceptable billing practice and lack of accountability. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing: • Formal complaints with consumer protection agencies • Recovery through small claims court
